Terms of Service

1. Agreement with Vibrez

Vibrez is provided by VIBREZ UNIVERSE PTE. LTD., a Singapore company with Unique Entity Number 202614401D. These Terms form an agreement between you and the company.

By using Vibrez, creating an account, continuing as a guest, or selecting a sign-in or continue option, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these Terms. Vibrez is not intended for children or teenagers. You must stop using the service if you no longer meet these requirements.

3. Accounts and guest access

Some Vibrez features are available through an anonymous guest identity. Other features require a verified account. You must provide accurate account information and take reasonable steps to protect access to your device, email, sign-in provider, and Vibrez session.

You are responsible for activity through your account or guest identity. You must not sell or transfer an account, impersonate another person or organization, create accounts for abuse, or use another person's account without permission. Contact privacy@vibrezhq.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. The service

Vibrez lets adults:

• discover cities, districts, interest spaces, and buildings;
• create profiles and share statuses;
• host or join live Moments with audio, video, chat, reactions, and route sharing;
• play social games and participate in leaderboards; and
• receive community and service notifications.

Vibrez is an early product. We may add, change, test, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We may also set reasonable technical or usage limits to keep the service safe and reliable.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Vibrez a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, reproduce, adapt for technical presentation, and distribute your content as needed to operate, secure, and promote Vibrez. This license ends when the content is deleted from active Vibrez systems, except for copies lawfully retained under these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

You must have all rights and permissions needed for content you upload, share, or broadcast, including the appearance, voice, privacy, and intellectual-property rights of other people. Do not broadcast someone who has not agreed to participate.

Other participants may independently capture live content. Vibrez cannot guarantee that another person will not record or redistribute a live session. Account deletion may not remove content already shared by others, deidentified records, or material retained for safety or legal reasons.

6. Prohibited conduct and content

You must not use Vibrez to create, share, encourage, or facilitate:

• illegal activity, violence, or assistance in committing a crime;
• child sexual abuse or exploitation material, grooming, or any sexualization or endangerment of minors;
• sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or threats to publish intimate content;
• harassment, bullying, stalking, hate, discrimination, threats, or incitement to violence;
• impersonation, fraud, spam, manipulation, or deceptive behavior;
• infringement of intellectual-property, publicity, confidentiality, or privacy rights;
• publication of personal information or precise location information without permission;
• malware, scraping, automated abuse, service disruption, or attempts to bypass security or access controls;
• unauthorized recording or redistribution of private live content; or
• attempts to evade a restriction, suspension, or moderation decision.

Do not use a route, map, stream, message, or Moment in a way that distracts you from traffic, hazards, or your surroundings.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit features, end a live session, suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant evidence, and cooperate with authorities where appropriate. The action we take may depend on severity, context, legal obligations, and available evidence.

Report prohibited content, conduct, or safety concerns to privacy@vibrezhq.com. Do not place yourself at risk to collect evidence.

8. Third-party services

Vibrez depends on services from providers such as Google, Apple, LiveKit, map and routing providers, app stores, and hosting providers. Their own terms and policies may apply to your direct use of their services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, accounts, or availability that we do not control.

9. Vibrez intellectual property

Vibrez, its software, design, branding, and content supplied by the company or its licensors are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

10. Availability and safety

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Live communication, notifications, maps, routes, scores, and other features may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or inaccurate. Vibrez is not an emergency, navigation, transport, or safety service.

You remain responsible for your personal safety, decisions, surroundings, device use, and interactions with other people. Never rely on Vibrez when delay or inaccuracy could put someone at risk.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vibrez is provided without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that every submission will be preserved. We do not endorse or control every statement, stream, route, or other contribution made by users.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VIBREZ UNIVERSE PTE. LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use Vibrez. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

12. Ending use and deletion

You may stop using Vibrez at any time. To request account and data deletion, email privacy@vibrezhq.com. Requests are handled manually, and we may ask you to verify control of the account email.

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, a serious safety or security risk, legal requirements, or discontinued service. Sections that are intended by their nature to survive termination, including content licenses for retained copies, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, and liability limitations, continue to apply.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as Vibrez changes. We will publish revised Terms at this address and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through Vibrez or another appropriate channel. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them where applicable law permits.
